Villa renovation

This beautiful old girl had seen better days. We renovated the entire house, added a living quarters and internal garage, releveled it, redid the piles, added a huge amount of insulation everywhere. Redid all the window sashes to take double glazing. Rebuilt the balcony and roof. The addition on the back was built from the inside out which meant having to put a temporary scaffold tent over the whole extension until the roof went on. It really has added a new lease of life to such a lovely old house.
